Oven Baked Pork Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients :


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup (Note 1)

1 tablespoon soy sauce (Note 2)

2 tablespoons earthy colored sugar (or white)

1 tablespoon olive oil (or vegetable or canola oil)

1 minced garlic clove

2 tablespoons apple juice vinegar (Note 3)


4 pork hacks or cutlets (around 200-250g/7-8oz each) (Note 4)

800g/1.6 lb youthful potatoes, cut down the middle bigger ones (Note 5)

1 tablespoon olive oil

prepared with salt and pepper

Directions :

Preheat the stove to 220°C/430°F (standard) or 200°C/390°F (fan constrained/convection).

Throw potatoes in oil and season with salt and pepper. Convey on a baking sheet.

Preheat the stove to 150°F for 15 minutes (giving them an early advantage).


In the interim, consolidate the Rub fixings in a little bowl.
