MALVA PUDDING

 

INGREDIENTS

50 ml margarine

400g white sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp bicabonate of pop

500ml full cream milk

525 ml cake flour, filtered

2 Tbsp apricot jam

2 Tbsp white vinegar


Sauce

250ml cream

200g Brown sugar

1/2 cup margarine

250 ml full cream milk

1tsp vanilla embodiment

Touch of salt


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your broiler to 180degrees. Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth add eggs and blend through. Break down bicarbonate of pop in your milk add this along with the leftover fixings beat until it is smooth, fill an enormous lubed baking dish and prepare for around 35 - 40 minutes until Brown and cooked


Sauce Recipe

While your puddingbis baking heat up all the sauce fixings together for around 5 minutes until sugar has dissolved mix frequently to keep from consuming.
