Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

 

PARMESAN, crunchy cauliflower nibbles that even the pickiest of eaters will adore - amazing as a starter or after school nibble!


INGREDIENTS:


• 1/2 cup vegetable oil


• 1 cup Panko


• 1/4 cup newly ground Parmesan


• 1 tablespoon Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning


• 4 cups cauliflower florets


• 1/2 cup universally handy flour


• 2 enormous eggs, beaten


Method:


Heat vegetable oil in an enormous skillet over medium high hotness.


In an enormous bowl, join Panko, Parmesan and Emeril's Essence; put away.


Working in clusters, dig cauliflower in flour, plunge into eggs, then, at that point, dig in Panko combination, squeezing to cover.


Add cauliflower to the skillet, 5 or 6 all at once, and cook until equitably brilliant and fresh, around 2-3 minutes. Move to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve right away.
