Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe tomatoes heirloom or vine-ripened, sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • A generous handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions
