Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 200 grams of unsalted margarine at room temperature
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • We’ll start by preheating the oven to 356 °F or (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Then, using a bowl, mix the margarine and sugar until a creamy mixture forms.
  • Then add the cornstarch, flour and baking powder. Stir until you have a uniform dough. Then shape small balls with your hands and place them on the baking sheet, keeping space between them.
  • Then use a fork to gently press down on each ball and shape it into a cookie.
  • Finally, bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned on the edges.
  • That’s it, just let them cool before removing them from the baking sheet.
