  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour wheat flour
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • Begin by organizing all the listed ingredients. In a blender, add the orange juice, vegetable oil, and sugar. Then, blend well for about 2 to 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • Next, in a separate bowl, combine the baking powder and all-purpose flour. Mix them together, then add them to the blender. Blend everything until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Transfer the batter to a greased and floured cake pan, and then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 to 35 minutes.
