In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
Add the warm milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon evenly over the dough, followed by the raisins.
Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log shape.
Place the rolled dough into a greased loaf pan and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow it to rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cinnamon raisin bread for approximately 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
