- 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Carefully roll the dough into a log shape and slice it into breadstick-sized pieces.
Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
