Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 glasses of flour

For internal mortar;

For the above;

  • 1 egg white on the edges, on the yolk
  • Sesame

Instructions

  • Let's add all the ingredients except flour and baking powder to the kneading bowl and mix.
  • Then, add flour and baking powder in a controlled manner and knead a soft dough.
  • Let's divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and expand it by pressing with our fingertips. Let's put the stuffing in the middle.
  • Let's fold it from opposite edges and press it lightly.
  • Let's dip the edges of the pastries we have prepared first in egg white and then in sesame seeds.
  • Let's place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let's brush it with egg yolk and shape it by pressing it with a fork.
  • Let's bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, up and down, until golden brown.
