Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • 1 cube of yeast fresh
  • 40 g sugar up to 150 g, to taste
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 550 ml milk a little more if necessary
  • 1 egg s, for brushing
  • possibly flaked almonds
  • possibly granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • First put the flour in a bowl.
  • Then mix yeast cubes with sugar and let stand until it has dissolved.
  • Add yeast sugar and salt.
  • Now let the butter melt in the pot and add the milk.
  • Then pour the butter and milk lukewarm into the flour and knead everything well.
  • Now let the dough rest (let it rise).
  • At least an hour or until doubled in size.
  • Knead briefly again.
