- 1 kg wheat flour
- 1 cube of yeast fresh
- 40 g sugar up to 150 g, to taste
- 1 tbsp salt
- 120 g butter
- 550 ml milk a little more if necessary
- 1 egg s, for brushing
- possibly flaked almonds
- possibly granulated sugar
First put the flour in a bowl.
Then mix yeast cubes with sugar and let stand until it has dissolved.
Add yeast sugar and salt.
Now let the butter melt in the pot and add the milk.
Then pour the butter and milk lukewarm into the flour and knead everything well.
Now let the dough rest (let it rise).
At least an hour or until doubled in size.
Knead briefly again.
