Preheat the oven to 180-190 °C and grease a springform pan with a little butter.
Next, mix the butter with vanilla sugar, sugar and a little salt until fluffy.
Then gradually stir in the eggs.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and mix well and gradually add the milk.
Now wash, peel, core and cut the apples into pieces as desired.
Fold the apple pieces into the batter using a spatula.
Finally, fill the batter with the apple pieces into the rectangular springform pan and bake on the middle rack for 40 to 50 minutes and you’re done.
