- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- Optional: 1/2 cup rolled oats chocolate chips, or nuts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add the egg, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in optional add-ins.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
