These banana oat cookies are soft, healthy, and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas. Made with oats and simple ingredients, they’re perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a light dessert.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the oats and mix until fully combined.
