- 200 g fresh beef tenderloin
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Trim and finely chop the beef into small cubes.
In a bowl, combine capers, shallots, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped beef and gently mix.
Place an egg yolk on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
