Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Dutch-processed or natural cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup soy milk room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
