Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 130 g butter melted
  • 180 g of milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • 350 g flour
  • 16 g baking powder
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and mix with the mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.
  • Add the vanilla essence, baking powder and flour gradually and mix everything well until there are no more lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking mold (26 cm – size of the mold) oiled with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C / 360°F for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and decorate with powdered sugar.
