- 4 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 130 g butter melted
- 180 g of milk
- Vanilla extract
- 350 g flour
- 16 g baking powder
- Granulated sugar
In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and mix with the mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.
Add the vanilla essence, baking powder and flour gradually and mix everything well until there are no more lumps.
Pour the mixture into the baking mold (26 cm – size of the mold) oiled with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C / 360°F for 40 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and decorate with powdered sugar.
