Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless beef ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • BBQ sauce optional

Instructions

Seasoning the Ribs:

  • Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub generously over the ribs. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Slow Cooker Method:

  • Place the ribs in the slow cooker with 1/2 cup of water or broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.

Oven Method:

  • Preheat oven to 275°F. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 3 hours. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Grill Method:

  • Grill ribs over indirect heat for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Brush with BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes.
