- 2 lbs boneless beef ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- BBQ sauce optional
Seasoning the Ribs:
Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub generously over the ribs. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
