Ingredients

  • 4.4 oz mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • 2.6 oz ketchup 3 tablespoons
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce if unavailable, substitute with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, or fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Once blended, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

To store, transfer the sauce to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
