Carefully roll the dough into a log shape and slice it into breadstick-sized pieces.
Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
