Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Carefully roll the dough into a log shape and slice it into breadstick-sized pieces.
  • Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
