Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Dust with powdered sugar or glaze as desired.
  • Slice and enjoy!
