Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 bars of high quality dark chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Start by melting the dark chocolate pieces in a bowl over hot water, then keep stirring until it becomes a smooth, even mixture.
  • Next, in a separate container, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
  • Then add the melted chocolate mixture to the contents of the container and mix well.
  • Then, in another bowl, whip the fresh cream to the consistency of whipped cream. Now carefully add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture.
  • Finally, pour the mixture into a round mold, like the kind used for pudding, and put it in the freezer until it has the consistency of ice cream.
