  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
