Ingredients

  • 200 g roasted kadayif
  • 2 full tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tea glass of walnuts

For the pudding;

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla

Instructions

  • Let's add butter to a suitable pan and melt it. Let's add sugar to it and melt it by stirring. Let's add kadayıf and fry it. Then add the walnuts and mix.
  • Let's add half of the roasted kadayıf to the bottom of the mold.
  • Let's add flour, milk, sugar and cream to a suitable pot and mix. Let's cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens. Let's add vanilla and mix.
  • Let's spread the pudding over the kadayif. Let's keep it in the refrigerator to cool down.
  • Let's add the remaining kadayıf on top and you can decorate and serve it as you wish.
