Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of dough

For the sauce;

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 bottle of plain mineral water

For internal mortar;

  • feta cheese

For the above;

  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  • Add oil and water for the sauce to a suitable mixing bowl and mix.
  • Let's spread the first phyllo dough on the counter, spread the sauce we prepared on it and fold it in half. Let's add the filling, fold the edges and wrap it in a roll.
  • Let's cut the phyllo into 4 equal pieces and place them on the baking tray. Let's add soda to the remaining sauce and pour it over the pastries.
  • Let's brush it with egg yolk and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • Let's serve it hot.
