- 400 grams of heavy cream 2 small boxes
- 2 packets of pineapple-flavored gelatin
Start by adding 400 ml of warm water to a bowl, then add the pineapple-flavored gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Place the heavy cream in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin.
Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture (about 2 minutes).
Transfer the mixture to a glass dish and refrigerate.
Allow it to set for about 3 hours or until firm. Decorate as desired and serve.
