Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 2 boxes of pineapple-flavored gelatin
  • 4 boxes of cream 200 grams each
  • 300 ml of water

Ganache:

  • 200 grams of chocolate
  • 1 box of cream 200 grams

Instructions

  • Put half of all the ingredients, the strawberry gelatin, in the blender and blend well. Then, pour it into a glass dish and refrigerate for a few hours (until set).
  • Next, add the remaining ingredients, the pineapple gelatin, to the blender and blend again. After that, pour it into the glass dish over the other layer.
  • Then, in a saucepan, add the ganache ingredients, heat until completely melted, and pour it over the last layer.
  • Finally, refrigerate for 60 minutes (or until set) and it’s ready to be served.
