In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Beat eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Gradually combine with dry ingredients.
Heat oil to 375°F in a deep pan.
Pour batter into hot oil using a funnel or piping bag in a circular motion.
Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
