Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 finger missing sugar from 1 glass of water
  • pinch of salt
  • Half a glass of oil 120 ml
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 cups flour

For the above;

  • Jam
  • coconut

Instructions

  • Add eggs, sugar and salt to a suitable mixing bowl and whisk until foamy. Add oil, orange juice and orange peel and mix.
  • Let's add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
  • Let's pour the cake mixture we prepared into the cake mold that has been greased all over with solid oil.
  • Let's bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  • Let's take the cake out of the oven from the mold. Let's spread the jam of your choice on it with a brush and sprinkle coconut.
