- 400 ml 1 3/5 cups milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 600 g 4 3/4 cups flour
- 150 g 3/5 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- milk
In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast and add eggs, flour and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Divide into two pieces, roll each out and brush with melted butter.
Wrap it and make the cuts on it. Pour into the baking pan and let rest for another 20 minutes.
Brush with milk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
