- 1 cup cornmeal tea
- 1 cup tea wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of natural yogurt
In a bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Reserve. In another container, beat the eggs and add the yogurt. Mix well and add the dry ingredients to the egg and yogurt mixture.
Add the melted butter little by little and mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
Rub butter on your hands and make flat balls with the dough. Grease the frying pan with a little butter and heat over medium heat.
Place the dumplings in the pan and turn them so that both sides brown equally. Serve them hot or cold, with or without filling. Enjoy!
