Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
