- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden on edges.
