- 1 whole coconut
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 small boxes of cream
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon of neutral alloy
Peel the coconut and cut into small pieces. Place in a blender with the milk and blend well until smooth.
Add the cream, condensed milk, powdered milk and neutral binder. Beat everything very well for about 2 minutes.
Place the mixture in popsicle molds or disposable cups and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until it hardens. Unmold the popsicles and enjoy!
