- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups of chilled milk
- 8 large garlic cloves
- vegetable oil until it gives a mayonnaise consistency
- Salt oregano, and green onions (to taste)
Start by adding garlic and milk to a blender and blend well. While continuously blending, add salt, lemon juice, and gradually add oil until you get a mayonnaise-like consistency.
Next, add oregano and green onions, and mix again.
Finally, use the garlic spread on bread, toast it on the grill, and it’s ready to serve.
