Ingredients

  • 1 lemon juice extracted

  • Fleshs of 1 or 2 avocados
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and cilantro to taste

Instructions

  • Start by using a blender to combine the garlic, avocado flesh, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cilantro (to taste).
  • Blend everything until you achieve a creamy consistency, similar to mayonnaise.
