Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea glass of sugar
  • Half a Turkish coffee cup of oil
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 and a half cups + 1 spoon of flour

For the cream;

  • 1 packet of whipped cream
  • 1 pack of banana cream ole
  • 2 cups of milk

For the above;

  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Add the eggs and sugar to a suitable mixing bowl and mix them with a mixer until they turn light in color and reach a creamy consistency. Let's add oil and milk to it and mix it.
  • Let's add cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and flour and mix.
  • Let's squeeze the pancake mixture into a suitable pan with the help of the dough dispenser. Let's turn and cook both sides.
  • Add whipped cream, cream ole and milk to a suitable mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until it reaches a thick consistency.
  • Let's squeeze the cream we prepared onto the pancake. Let's cover it with pancake and squeeze it lightly.
  • Let's dip the edge into the melted chocolate in a double boiler and serve after the chocolate has frozen.
