Put the sugar, eggs, and oil in the bowl of a mixer. Beat until all ingredients are combined.
Add baking powder to the flour, stir, and gradually add to the mixer, preventing any flour from escaping.
Add vanilla and milk. Beat until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a well-buttered oven tray with waxed paper at the bottom. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Once out of the oven, let the shortbread rest. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, water, and a drop of pink food coloring to achieve the desired consistency.
Apply the glaze, add dragees, and cut the shortbread into your preferred shapes.
