Ingredients

  • 250 g carrots
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 4 ud of eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla scented essence
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • Icing sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • We peel the carrots and grate them.
  • We reverse the result in the glass of a food processor or a blender, we add the sunflower oil and we grind until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until the mixture increases their volume.
  • Combine the two mixtures and add the vanilla extract.
  • We incorporate the sifted flour and yeast and integrate well.
  • We greased a mold with oil and spilled the dough.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, take out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • We sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into portions and serve
