Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Kodiak Cakes brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ½ cup of applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
  • Optional toppings: dark chocolate peanut butter, walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, add 1 bag of Kodiak Cakes brownie mix. Crack in 2 eggs, then add 2 tablespoons of water, ½ cup of applesauce, and 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth and well combined. Grease your brownie pan with non-stick spray to ensure the brownies don’t stick.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Add your favorite toppings like dark chocolate chunks, peanut butter, or walnuts.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the brownies. If it comes out clean, they’re ready. If not, bake for a few more minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan. Once cooled, cut them into squares and enjoy your delicious, healthy Kodiak Cakes brownies.
