Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, add 1 bag of Kodiak Cakes brownie mix. Crack in 2 eggs, then add 2 tablespoons of water, ½ cup of applesauce, and 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth and well combined. Grease your brownie pan with non-stick spray to ensure the brownies don’t stick.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Add your favorite toppings like dark chocolate chunks, peanut butter, or walnuts.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the brownies. If it comes out clean, they’re ready. If not, bake for a few more minutes.
