- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, lemon zest, and juice.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.
