- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool before serving.
