Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool before serving.
