Add the natural sweetener, unsweetened applesauce, and eggs. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
If desired, fold in any optional mix-ins such as chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
