Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Half a glass of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 3.5- 4 cups of flour

  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Let's add butter, powdered sugar and oil to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let's add starch to it and continue mixing.
  • Let's add flour in a controlled manner and knead a dough that is earlobe soft and does not stick to the hand.
  • Let's divide the dough into 2 equal parts and stretch it into a cylinder shape. Let's draw on it by pressing it with a fork and cut it evenly with a dough card.
  • Let's place the shaped cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Let's bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. After the cookies come out of the oven, let's sprinkle powdered sugar on them and serve.
