- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 4 8 oz packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling: Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
Bake: Pour filling onto the crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes using a water bath until the center is almost set.
Cool: Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
