- 1 cup active sourdough starter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup water room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Combine starter, flour, water, and salt. Let rest.
Stretch and fold dough every 20 minutes for an hour.
Let dough rise until doubled in size.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll dough, spread butter, sprinkle sugar mixture, and roll tightly.
Place in a greased loaf pan, rise until doubled.
Preheat oven to 375°F, bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Cool, slice, and enjoy!
