- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered milk
Begin by organizing the ingredients. Use a mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add the egg yolks, sugar, and powdered milk to the mixture. Beat all the ingredients well until you get a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter to a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (356ºF) for about 30 minutes.
