- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp thyme optional
- 1 tsp rosemary optional
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
Use about 1 tablespoon of seasoning per chicken serving, adjusting as desired.
