- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 2 apples cored and peeled
- 30 g 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 g ½ tsp cinnamon
- 15 g 1 tbsp butter
- 20 g 1 tbsp apricot jam
- Powdered sugar for serving
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
Chop apples and cook with butter, sugar, cinnamon and jam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Let cool for about 20 minutes.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 strips.
Place a spoonful of the apple filling on each strip and roll carefully.
Place each roll into a prepared muffin tin and bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes.
