- 2 racks of beef back ribs
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup BBQ sauce or preferred sauce
Clean and trim the ribs, removing the silver skin.
Apply a dry rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Marinate the ribs for 4+ hours or overnight.
Cook using your preferred method: grill, smoke, or oven-bake until tender.
Baste with BBQ sauce in the last 30 minutes.
