Ingredients

  • 2 racks of beef back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce or preferred sauce

Instructions
